1. License Types

TrendyHand offers the following license types:

1. Standard Commercial License
2. Extended Commercial License
3. Corporate / Agency License

Each product page clearly indicates which licenses are available.

2. Standard Commercial License

✔ Permitted Uses

Under the Standard Commercial License, you may:

• Use the design for personal or commercial projects
• Print the design on physical products you sell (e.g. T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, posters)
• Use designs for print-on-demand platforms (Amazon Merch, Etsy, Shopify, etc.)
• Modify colors, text, layout, or size
• Use the design for one brand or one storefront
• Sell unlimited physical products

❌ Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the digital files
• Upload the design to stock sites, marketplaces, or design libraries
• Sell or give away the files as standalone products
• Claim ownership or copyright of the design
• Use the design as part of a logo or trademark
• Use the design in NFTs or blockchain-based assets

3. Extended Commercial License

✔ Permitted Uses

In addition to all Standard License rights, you may:

• Use the design for multiple brands or storefronts
• Use the design for client work (end products only)
• Sell unlimited physical products across multiple channels
• Use designs for agency or freelancer projects

❌ Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the original digital files
• Allow clients to reuse or resell the design files
• Upload the files to stock or design marketplaces
• Claim exclusive ownership of the design

4. Corporate / Agency License

This license is intended for large businesses, agencies, teams, and organizations.

✔ Permitted Uses

• Unlimited brands, stores, and client projects
• Internal team use across departments
• Unlimited physical sales
• Use in commercial marketing materials
• Long-term and recurring use

❌ Prohibited Uses

• File redistribution or resale
• Stock marketplace uploads
• Transfer of file ownership

5. Digital File Rules (Very Important)

Regardless of license type:

• Files are provided as-is
• You are responsible for final production quality
• Files may not be shared, traded, or resold
• Access to downloads is for the original purchaser only

6. Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All sales are final
• Refunds are not provided after download
• If a file is corrupted or incomplete, we will replace it
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional cases

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs remain the intellectual property of TrendyHand or its contributors
• Purchase grants a license to use, not ownership
• Any misuse may result in license termination without refund

8. License Termination

Your license may be terminated if:

• You violate any terms of this agreement
• You misuse or redistribute files
• Fraudulent activity is detected

Upon termination, all rights to use the designs are revoked.
